Pricing questions

What happens when my minutes run out?
Callers leave a voicemail, and each one is emailed to you, until the month resets. You are never billed for going over. We email you at 80% and at 100% so it is never a surprise.
Why a flat price?
So a busy month never becomes an invoice you did not expect. $99 is $99, whether the phone rang ten times or a thousand.
I need more than 1,000 minutes.
Talk to us. Busy practices and groups get a plan sized to their call volume.
Do robocalls and hang-ups use my minutes?
No. A call where nobody asked for anything, like a robocall or a hang-up, is not counted on any plan.
Is Spanish or French extra?
No. It is being built now, and when it is live it is included on every plan, including Free.
Can I leave?
Monthly, no notice, and you dial one code to put your calls back where they were. We will export everything we hold on your callers on the way out.
